Mother and little son among three killed in road accident in Reasi

JAMMU: Three people, including a woman and her 18-month-old son, were killed and as many injured when the car they were traveling in rolled deep into a gorge in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The accident occurred when the driver lost control in the Chamelu Morha area when the car was heading from Malikote towards Chassana in Reasi on Friday evening.
Police identified the dead as Sandhur Singh (23), Kulcha Devi (27) and her young son Neeraj, all residents of Sisal Malikote village in Chassana.
The police and locals rescued the injured and rushed them to Chassana District Hospital from where they were referred to Reasi District Hospital. The three injured were later shifted to the Government Medical College and Hospital in Jammu for specialized treatment, police said.
