How Wheel of Fortune blows among TV schedule for 2024A new era is dawning in the history of the series. In addition to fans notice the computer-generated seta lot has been said about this too Ryan Seacrest will be the new host after franchise veteran Pat Sajak’s retirement. Since America’s favorite TV personality has been hosting the series since September, he’s already had some memorable moments, but there’s one particular milestone he “can’t wait for.”

WoFThe official Instagram account posted a video showing one of the biggest winners from Season 42 earning $122,300 and heading to Portugal. In the bonus round, contestant Ryan Burkett solved the puzzle correctly, giving a sweet greeting to his grandmother. @ryananthony_pajaro was one of the fans who responded to the comments, and they said that hopefully the new season of the game show will bring us the first million dollars “in the age of Seacrest.” And the former American Idol host responded with the following:

I can’t wait for this moment!

I’m sure a number Wheel of Fortune fans can’t wait for this special moment either. It’s rare to see a $1 million winner on a highly publicized game show. This is because participants need to hit the $1 million special prize during the base game and win the game to get into the bonus round. After that, you need to solve the puzzle correctly, and if the presenter reveals a $1 million card on the bonus wheel, he wins. So overall there is a bit of luck involved, especially since you also need to avoid hitting the “bankrupt” slot on the wheel during the base game.

There were even many situations in which the participant barely lost that much money. For example, back in 2016 one the participant lost a million dollarsbecause he mispronounced the word “Achilles”.

It’s a lot of pressure and a rare opportunity, but it’s been done before. So far there have been four $1 million winners. The first was Michelle Lowenstein in 2008. Then Autumn Earhardt won in 2013, followed by Sarah Manchester a year later (and had amazing reaction to her win). Finally, Sabrina the Teenage WitchMelissa Joan Hart was the first Celebrity Wheel of Fortune million dollar winner 2021. It may be a while before this happens again, but I’m sure it will happen at some point in the Seacrest Era.

It’s Ryan Seacrest time for now. Pat Sajak’s takeover went well. His first episode as the new host attracted 9.63 million viewers, the game show’s largest audience in nine years. Seacrest’s debut episode also surpassed last year’s numbers by 63%, well ahead of the 18-49 demographic. It makes sense that the Georgia native would attract a wide audience, considering he has been a successful host of major shows such as American Idol, Concert with Kelly and Ryan, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve and much more.

Even if Seacrest felt a little pressure Taking over his predecessor’s shoes, he now seems right at home on the legendary game show. You can watch him in action when Ryan Burkett wins the bonus round:

Wheel of Fortune fans and Ryan Seacrest himself should keep their fingers crossed when it comes to meeting another million-dollar winner in the show’s 42nd season. I think when it finally happens, it will be a truly sweet moment of victory. In the meantime, check your local listings to find out when and where the show will air in your area.
