Block 2024: Will Kylie and Brad attend the auction?

Block 2024 has been full of drama, but perhaps the biggest development this season was Kylie and Brad’s walkout in the final week.

The green team leaving the show prompted viewers to wonder whether Kylie and Brad will you be present on the day of the auction? Here’s what we know.

On Sunday night’s episode Kylie left and told the producers, “I don’t want to go back to the auction, I don’t want to go back and deal with them. I don’t.”

She also added that she would forfeit any potential profits and prize money if it meant she didn’t have to come back.

Host Scott Cam then the next day told the rest of the participants: “We find ourselves in a very disappointing situation.

“Currently there is competition between only four houses. Kylie and Brad are not coming back.”

However, the Cairns couple were spotted in both Melbourne and Melbourne last week. Phillip Islandprompting speculation they may have visited their home before it goes up for auction on November 9.

But it remains to be seen whether the couple will attend the event on that day.

Talking to Daily Mail Australia Brad recently said: “I still talk to my wife about it, we don’t know what we’re doing.

“It’s not excluded, I think we’ll see,” he added.

However, sources also said Yahoo Lifestyle that there was a “secret clause” that would allow Kylie and Brad to skip the auction but still take home all the profits and prize money won for their home.

“If this property sells for more than the guide price and they were not present at the auction, most other bidders believe the couple will not be able to get any of the money the house makes,” a source told the publication.

Their fellow competitors were reportedly disappointed with the opportunity as the fourth house was “the least completed project and the other builders had just completed it and had made many of the remaining decisions.”

“It seems unreasonable not to complete your home and still be entitled to the same interest,” they added.
