Passenger dies in crash in Denver’s Central Park area

One person died as a result Accident in Denver’s Central Park area early Sunday morning, according to the Denver Police Department.

Police initially reported a fatal single-vehicle crash in the 11000 block of East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 3:41 a.m. Sunday.

But on Monday, DPD said the crash involved two vehicles, the driver who caused the crash fled on foot and a passenger in that vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
