Model Winnie Harlow is in love with the “wonderland” of Cape Town

Model Winnie Harlow praises Cape Town after exploring her home city during her recent visit to South Africa.

The 30-year-old man arrived in the country for the Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony. The Canadian model is one of the presenters of the ceremony.

Winnie was spotted checking out some of Cape Town’s famous tourist attractions ahead of the main event on Wednesday night.

She took photographs in Bo-Kaap and visited the local beach to see penguins.

“Cape Town is a wonderland. Nature, food, history, penguins. I may have to extend my trip,” she captioned the carousel of her photos.

Vinny is one of several high-profile guests attending the fourth annual Earthshot Prize ceremony. Prince William, who launched the global environment prize in 2020, has already landed in Cape Town.

He met the finalists at the Kirstenbosch National Botanic Gardens on Wednesday morning. The Prince of Wales also played rugby. with students on Monday.

The royal has had a busy few days. He met with President Cyril Ramaphosa on Tuesday.

Bonang Matheba and Nomzamo Mbatha also take part in the celebrations. Earthshot Global Ambassador Nomzamo hosted the inaugural Earthshot Prize 2024 Youth Leadership Program. The event was attended by 100 people from around the world.

On Wednesday, November 6, Bonang will co-host the Earthshot Prize Awards with Emmy Award-winning actor Billy Porter.

“I am honored to be one of the organizers of the 2024 conference. @earthshotprize “The Awards is a night of purpose, celebrating the trailblazers who are taking steps to protect our planet,” she wrote on Instagram.

Heidi Klum, Nina Dobrev and Tobe Nwigwe are also expected to appear.
