Nina Dobrev and Heidi Klum will join Prince William at the Earthshot Prize ceremony

Actress Nina Dobrev both model and TV presenter Heidi Klum bring your star power Prince Williamannual Earthshot Award awards.

Dobrev and Klum will be joined by entrepreneur, rapper and actor Tobe Nwigwe, as well as model and beauty entrepreneur. Winnie Harlow to announce five winners in each category in Cape Town, South Africa on November 6th.

The Prince William Earthshot Prize recognizes innovative ideas and innovations to heal the planet and recognizes leaders, entrepreneurs and businesses in five key categories: Protecting and Restoring Nature, Cleaning Our Air, Revitalizing Our Oceans, Building a Zero-Waste World and “Fixing our climate.” . Each winner receives $1.3 million, providing them with the support they need to scale their ideas.

This is the Prince’s fourth awards ceremony, following the first awards ceremony in London in 2021. Boston in 2022 and Singapore in 2023. At the awards ceremony, the winners are determined from 15 finalists, who were announced by William in September.

This is the first Earthshot Prize event in Africa and the continent is reflected in both the presenter and the entertainment that will be performing at the ceremony. The celebration will be hosted by award-winning South African broadcaster Bonang Matheba along with award-winning singer and actor. Billy Porter.

The group consists of artists from across the African continent, as well as Grammy-nominated artist and producer Davido and artiste Diamond Platnumz. South African composer and producer Lebo M with the Ndlovu Youth Choir, and DJ and producer Uncle Waffles are also among the artists scheduled to perform.

The week of events surrounding the glittering awards night will be hosted by actor, humanitarian and Earthshot Global Ambassador Nomzamo Mbatha. William, 42, travels to Cape Town alone as his wife. Princess Kate still have not fully returned to public work, as I was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. The Princess of Wales, 42, said she would attend “a few more public events in the coming months when she can” and has made several surprise appearances with William, including a visit to Southport, England, on Oct. 10.

She hopes to attend the Remembrance Day service in London on November 10, just days after William returns from Africa.
