The answer is… no. He explained why during the November 6 After Show episode Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Where is Andy Cohen from?

Although Andy is now a proud New Yorker, he was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating from high school, he moved to Massachusetts to attend Boston University. He now divides his time between the Big Apple and the Hamptons.

Andy hasn’t lived in St. Louis for quite some time, but he will always have a special connection to the area. It’s even the reason why he feels connected to other Bravolebrites. Tom Sandoval And West Wilson.
