Crash at 81st and Hampton, children injured

Three people, including two 5-year-old children, were injured in a crash on Milwaukee’s north side Friday night.

MILWAUKEE – A crash in Milwaukee on Friday evening, October 25, injured three people, including two five-year-old children.

It happened around 8 p.m. near 81st and Hampton. Police said the car was heading west on Hampton Avenue when it crashed into two unoccupied cars and a tree.

Police say two 5-year-old children were passengers in the crashed vehicle. They were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The 34-year-old driver was also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. After this, the police detained the driver. The District Attorney’s Office will review the charges.
