IMPD is investigating a police shooting near North Keeling Avenue.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a police shooting on the city’s near east side Sunday.

According to mail X Page IMPD officers are investigating a police shooting that occurred near the 1000 block of North Keeling Avenue around 3:25 p.m. Sunday. This is a residential area on the east side of the city. No officers were injured as a result of the shooting.

IMPD did not immediately provide any additional information.
