Priest pleads not guilty to child pornography and sexual exploitation of minors

RAPIDS CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – A man accused of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography pleaded not guilty during his initial appearance in federal court Friday morning.

Bryson Priest, 25, is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography. The indictment alleges that Priest received sexually explicit videos from a minor through the social media app Snapchat between 2021 and 2024.

He was ordered held in the Pennington County Jail.
