Kim Kardashian is *unrecognizable* with red hair and freckles

As the seasons change, we’re all thinking about ways to change up our look, whether it’s opting for a darker, more autumnal hair color as the evening wears on or getting a major haircut.

And it looks like our favorite celebrities aren’t immune to the same impulse. In fact, in recent weeks, a host of familiar faces have traded in their signature locks—mostly bobs.

Yes, bean goes crazy. Be it Nicola Peltz Beckham a dark, wispy bob that gives it all the Posh Spice 90’s looks, Matilda Djerf ditch your signature bombshell for a sleek bob or EmRata Debuting shoulder-length curls for the Self-Portrait campaign, it seems the mantra for fall 2024 hair is “shorter is better.”

But for those of us still devoted to the cult of long hair, fear not: some celebrities still fly the flag for butt-grazing hair. This includes Zendayawho recently shared an IG carousel showing off her flowing hair, but it also turns out to feature none other than Kim Kardashian.

After publishing photos Spectacular bob in the style of the 90s she took a complete 180-degree hairdo and debuted another major hair transformation: looooong red hair.

Yes, we’re not kidding! In new photos posted to IG to promote her Silk Matte Lip Color (out October 29th, FYI, if you’re interested), Kim can be seen rocking waist-length straight brown hair with a deep center part. And if you zoom in, you can see that there are light brown freckles on the bridge of the nose.

Of course, we’re pretty sure this look, created by Kim’s hairstylist Jake Gallagher, is a wig, allowing Kim to change it up without the maintenance required of a major dye transformation.
