Before Sunday night’s game between the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium, there was a minor scare involving the family of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.

According to The Athletic John Machotaa second vehicle in the Jones family caravan, containing Charlotte Jones, Jerry Jones Jr. and Shai Anderson Jr., was “struck by a rising barricade” outside the stadium. Charlotte and Jerry Jr. were cleared by Cowboys medical staff at the stadium before heading to the visitors’ suite.

Jerry and Stephen Jones were among the family members in another vehicle that was not involved in the accident.

Jerry Jr. serves as director of sales and marketing and co-owner of the Cowboys. Charlotte is the brand director and co-owner, and Anderson, her son, is an assistant scout for the team.

Heading into their bye week, the Cowboys suffered a terrible 47-9 loss to the Detroit Lions.

After facing the 49ers, Dallas will travel next week to face the Atlanta Falcons in another big matchup against the top team in the conference.
