Technical View: Nifty needs a crucial close above 24,500 to move higher, Bank Nifty rises above all moving averages

The Nifty 50 index needs to close decisively above 24,500, a key hurdle which also coincides with the 100-day EMA (exponential moving average), for further gains towards the 24,600 mark followed by the 24,800-24,900 zone. However, according to experts , support remains in the range of 24,100–24,000.
