East Legon accident: Salifu Amoako’s 16-year-old son remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to 8 charges

The 16-year-old son of renowned prophet Bishop Elisha Salifu Amoako was remanded in custody on Friday, November 1, 2024, for his involvement in Accident in East Legon.

A boy appearing in juvenile court in Accra was remanded in custody for one week. He will be detained at the Osu Boys’ Court while the matter is being investigated.

Accusations and statements by Salifu Amoako’s son

Son Salif Amoako faces eight charges including manslaughter and dangerous driving. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

According to GOne TV, The court also ordered that his Ghanaian and US passports must be deposited with the court by Monday, November 4, 2024.

Investigators ordered a medical examination of the young suspect University of Ghana Medical center where police will be conducting an examination on Monday.
