NBA fans react to Tyrese Haliburton’s poor performance in the Pacers-Pelicans game

The Indiana Pacers took on the New Orleans Pelicans in Louisiana on Friday night.

In the first six games of the new season, the Pacers lost 125–118 and fell to 2–4.

Tyrese Haliburton had a tough night, finishing with 11 points, two rebounds and 11 assists while shooting 2/8 from the field and 1/6 from 3-point range in 33 minutes.

Many NBA fans reacted to his performance.

@ZAYYYTHEGOAT: “Imagine Haliburton being better than LaMelo”

@NbaWoody: “I refuse to believe that this draft patch in Haliburton is anything more than just a draft patch.

You won’t look like the best defender in the world for a year straight if you get too hot.

He is a superstar and he will return to his superstar life with full faith.

However, the current level of play is very disappointing…”

@BricksCenter: “Tyrese Haliburton looks like Ben Simmons.

Bro pretends to be scared “

@MrUpItInPublicc: “We thought Tyrese Haliburton was Chris Paul, but it was actually Rajon Rondo.”

@josh_fugate13: Tyrese Haliburton plays like Ben Simmons. He refuses to hit the ball despite being WIDE OPEN. Please see a sports psychologist as soon as possible.”

@quezyquez15: “Tyrese Haliburton…find another sport”

Following the Pelicans on Monday night, the Pacers will play their next game when they face Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks in Texas.

Haliburton is in his fifth season in the NBA.

He also spent time with the Sacramento Kings.
