Kadyrov said he canceled the order not to take Ukrainian soldiers prisoner

Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov said on November 2 that he had canceled an order to his troops not to capture Ukrainian soldiers.

Kyiv did not claim responsibility for the attack and refused to comment on Kadyrov’s statements.
