Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce react to Jason Kelce’s shocking altercation with a fan who used a homophobic slur

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce supported Jason Kelce after his shocking row with a football fan.

Kelsey’s older brother, who retired from NFL Earlier this year, he was at Penn State on Saturday, Nov. 2, for a college game when the incident occurred.

As he walked through the crowd outside Beaver Stadium, a fan hurled a homophobic slur at him. Travisand recorded himself yelling, “Hey Kelsey, do you think your brother is awesome about dating?” Taylor Swift?”

Footage circulating on social media shows Jason snatching the phone from a fan and throwing it to the ground.

“Who the hell now?” He replies, picking up the phone again and walking away with it.

Although the Kelsey brothers have not yet officially commented on the incident, a source close to Travis and Swift spoke about their reaction.

“Taylor and Travis were very shocked by this, considering Jason is one of the nicest guys in the world,” a source told the Daily Mail.

“It really became clear how much he loves and respects Taylor. Travis means the world to him.

“Using the word f**** is unacceptable to him or anyone. This fan crossed the line. “Jason would never tolerate anyone disrespecting his family, and he now considers Taylor his family.”

After the footage was posted on social media, Jason also received support for his response.

“I shouldn’t say, but whatever. I appreciate Jason Kelsey standing up for my family,” Quinton Lucas, the mayor of Kansas City, wrote on X.

Meanwhile, former NFL player Antonio Brown wrote: “I mean well for Jason Kelce. There is comedy and entertainment. And then there’s crossing the border with family.”

Hundreds of other fans also showed their support for X by responding to the video.

Jason has previously spoken about being a big fan of Swift, calling her “extremely talented.”

“She’s a global star, she’s the quintessential artist in the world at the moment,” he said back in February.

“(She is) extremely talented and an incredible role model for young women around the world.

“I think the NFL would probably be stupid not to show her and be a role model for all the young girls.”

Jason’s next public appearance is expected Monday night, when he travels to Kansas City to call up Travis for the Chiefs’ NFL game against the Chiefs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers on ESPN.
