Although the episode’s plot ultimately turned out to be a dream, in retrospect, Friedle, Strong and Fishel agreed that the moment with Hewitt didn’t make sense and was too heated to handle, even though everyone on set knew the actors were seeing each other. at that time.

“It was very intense,” Friedle continued. “And there were people who even told me, ‘Oh, when I was a kid, I didn’t realize you guys were together.’ So it was like, what the hell is going on?”

The kisses turned out to be the hottest moment in the series during its entire run. “It’s like a real kiss,” Friedle said. “This is the most intense kiss we’ve had in the seven years of the show: right there in the hallway, then me kissing her neck while she’s trying to talk and everything. Like, we haven’t even said our names yet. It’s intense.”
