Rescued beagle adorably carries his favorite blanket outside with him

Many children have a favorite blanket that they carry with them everywhere. I know all my kids have done this and my daughters still sleep with theirs even though they are 15 now! Dexter is a rescued beagle and he also has a favorite blanket. His mom posted a video of Dexter dragging him outside on Friday, November 1, and it’s the cutest thing you’ll see today.

The video begins with Dexter already with a blanket in his mouth, dragging him along with him. He heads towards the door to the yard, following the other dog. Watch on because getting that big blanket through the doggy door isn’t as easy as you think!

This made my heart so happy! Talk about determination – Dexter didn’t give up, even though it took a lot of effort to get him out of the house! It looked like a warm sunny day… I wonder if he was going to lay on it and enjoy a nap?

Commenters also found the video adorable. @Diane said: “Success! So cute!” @elisethomas89 shared: “Have will walk out into the street blankly. I’ll sunbathe myself and have a picnic.” while another commenter added: “Just like Linus and his blanket!” And I laughed at the comment: “Is he running away from home?

Are Beagles Good Pets?

When we decided as a family that we wanted to get a dog, we all thought… Beagle that would be good. They are clearly adorable, a little sassy and have a lot of personality. We thought they would be a great fit for our family, even though we knew nothing about them other than we all thought they were cute dogs. One thing I’ve learned from writing about pets for several years is that just because a dog is cute doesn’t mean it will be just as cute. get a good pet for every family. It’s important to know the good, the bad, and the ugly of the breed you’re considering so you can make an informed decision about whether the dog will fit into your family’s lifestyle and whether you can keep up with its exercise. requests and other needs.

Beagles have wonderful qualities that make them good pets. They are always happy, love to cuddle, are great with children, are extremely intelligent and do not require much care.

On the other hand, they have some qualities that may put some families off. Beagles are notorious for stealing all the food they can get their hands on; they are true food thieves and will go to any lengths to get their hands on it. They also have drooping lips and low-hanging jaws, which causes them to drool. Beagles are noisy and love to bark and howl… actually, I’mHeartofDogs ranks them as the number one noisiest breed, even more Siberian Huskies! This reason alone is enough for me to refuse to choose Beagle.

Beagles have a natural musky scent that comes from their sebum and sweat glands. Even after regular bathing and grooming, their natural scent may linger. Potty training a beagle can also be difficult as they are known to be a bit stubborn. If we hadn’t researched the breed, we wouldn’t have known any of this! That’s why it’s important learn everything you can about the breed to determine if it is right for your family.
