Three people caused a landslide near Coleman that killed one person.

Two other people were able to dig up the buried man and call for help.

Search and rescue services sent a ground team to provide support.

According to Southwestern Alberta Regional Search and Rescue, winter conditions are already settling into the area.

They warn people to take precautions if heading to remote areas.
