Take advantage of Veterans Day specials at these places around San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – Veterans Day is approaching, and many places in the Alamo City are thanking veterans and military personnel for their service.

Here are some freebies and special offers you can get on November 11th, but be sure to check with a store near you to make sure they’re participating in these deals:

• 7. Brew coffee – Receive 25% off any drink with a valid military or veteran ID.
• Whataburger – Receive one free 16 oz bottle. hot or iced coffee when visiting a store. This offer will be available throughout the year to veterans and military personnel with a valid ID.
• Applebee’s – At participating locations, veterans and active-duty military personnel will be offered a free meal from a select menu.
• Scratched Cheddar Kitchen – If you are a veteran or active military member, you may receive a free appetizer or dessert.
• Hard Rock Cafe – Veterans and active military can enjoy a free Legendary Burger. Plus, friends and family can take advantage of the always-available 15% military discount.
• Dave and Busters -Veterans with valid ID can receive a free $10 Power Card and free admission (up to a $20 value).
• Burger In-N-Out – Show proof of service to receive a free meal (good for everything on the menu). This includes veterans, active duty military personnel, reservists and the National Guard.
• Texas Roadhouse – From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the chain is offering veterans and military personnel a free meal from a select menu or a free voucher for future use through May 30, 2025.
• Buffalo Wild Wings – All Buffalo Wild Wings are offering a free order of 10 boneless wings with fries with valid ID to Veterans and Active Duty Military.
• Dunkin – Active duty military and veterans receive a free donut, only available in store.
• Olive Garden – Military personnel dining at the restaurant can receive a free meal from a special menu that includes unlimited breadsticks, soup or salad.
• IHOP – From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., active-duty military and veterans can get a free selection of red, white and blueberry pancakes.
• Denny – If you are a veteran or active military member, you can receive a free Original Grand Slam from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm with a valid military ID or DD214.
• Pickers – All military personnel with a valid ID can receive a free meal, which includes an entree, a side and a soft drink.
