Police appeal after ute crashed into shop and set fire

Shisha bar Diamond in the western part of the city was destroyed by fire at 3 am.

Witnesses say they heard several loud bangs.

Queensland Police say a white Isuzu D-Max, stolen on October 29 from Shorncliffe in the city’s north-east, was rolled into a shop on Boundary Street and then set on fire.

Police say two men and a white Ford sedan were seen leaving the scene.

One was wearing a beige hoodie and black sweatpants, while the other was wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
