Greek voters reject proposal to determine who will replace board of directors and chief executive

GREECE, NEW YORK – Voters in Greece Town had an extra ballot on their ballot that was rejected.

The proposal would allow the City Council and the supervisor to determine who would replace one of them if they resign or are removed from office.

The proposal was defeated by 25,212 votes against and 20,256 votes in favor.
