Tiger Woods reunites with ex-wife Elin Nordegren as they ‘ride on a golf cart together’

Tiger Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren reunited Monday to watch their son Charlie Woods compete in his high school’s Class 1A 4th Regional Tournament at Miami Shores Country Club.

Fifteen-year-old Charlie Woods represented the Benjamin School golf team.

Despite a slow start to the tournament, the Buccaneers stormed home to finish second and secure a spot at the state championship next week.

Fort Lauderdale Pine Crest won the event with a total score of 7 under par.

Benjamin School was four shots back at 3 under par.

Despite bogeys on 2, 3 and 8, Charlie made birdies on 6, 12 and 13 to finish the round at par with his ball.

Tiger Woods, 48, followed his son Charlie around the course in a golf cart as he continued to recover from the sixth back surgery of his career, which he underwent last month.

Elin, 44, reportedly “rode part of the trip with Tiger in a golf cart.” Palm Beach Post.

The 15-time major champion was seen wearing a white cap, polo shirt, navy blue shorts and sunglasses.

Woods was left with a black sleeve on his leg as he also continues to recover from a horrific car crash in Los Angeles in February 2021.

Before his latest back surgery, Woods had ankle surgery last year.

Elin was wearing a white sunhat and a long-sleeve T-shirt with “Pirates,” Benjamin’s school nickname, printed on the front.

According to Palm Beach PostWoods “watched silently for most of the round, sitting in a golf cart.”

Woods reportedly spoke briefly with his son after he made birdie on the 12th.

But otherwise, he let Charlie take the initiative.

Elin greeted Charlie with a celebratory hug after he made his par putt on the 18th.

Charlie’s latest achievement in reaching the state championship comes on the heels of his school team’s victory at the county championship over the weekend.

The son of a PGA Tour legend was part of a six-person team that competed at the Champions Club in Florida.

The state championships will be held Nov. 12-13 at the Mission Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills.

Benjamin School is seeking its second title in a row and fifth overall.

Tiger and Elin are expected to be present again to look after their son Charlie, one of their two children.

Elin and Tiger also have a daughter together, 17-year-old Samantha Woods.

Tiger and Elin were married for almost six years before their highly publicized split in 2010.

They divorced after Woods admitted to cheating on them during their relationships with multiple women.

Woods reportedly paid Nordegren 100 million dollars in their divorce proceedings.

Despite an initial frosty breakup, Woods and Nordegren repaired their relationship while continuing to co-parent Charlie and Samantha.

Elin is currently dating former NFL player Jordan Cameron and they have three children.

Woods is currently single.

He split from his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman at the end of 2022.

It is unknown if Woods is currently dating anyone.

When will Tiger Woods next play on the PGA Tour?

Woods dropped out of competition after missing out on the 152nd Open at Royal Troon in July.

The former world number one also missed out on the US PGA and US Open.

He did qualify at The Masters, but finished last, finishing 60th solo out of those who made it through the weekend.

Woods recently underwent back surgery for the sixth time in his career.

He is not expected to compete again until the PNC Championships with Charlie just before Christmas.

Woods’ team’s participation in the tournament has not yet been confirmed.

There was some expectation that Woods might be able to capture it in his own Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas in a few weeks, but that looks all the more unlikely despite there being a few spots left to fill.

Scotty Scheffler will be the clear favorite as he bids to defend his title in Albany from December 5-8.
