Smartphones coming in November 2024: Oppo, Realme and others

November 2024 is well underway and we are officially entering the final few weeks of the year. However, this does not mean that smartphone production has slowed down. In fact, there are plenty of launches planned for this month, including models featuring the latest from Qualcomm. Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Realme GT7 Pro

GT7 Pro from Realme will be the first Snapdragon 8 Elite powered smartphone to launch in India with an expected release date of November 26th. As expected, it will be a powerful tool for gaming, with the brand claiming to score 30k in the AnTuTu test.

Realme has already revealed the design of the device, which will be available in two finishes: Galaxy Gray and Mars Design, a vibrant shade of orange. In terms of specifications, it is expected to have up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device may also feature a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate and a whopping 6,000 nits peak brightness.

In terms of cameras, the Realme GT7 Pro is likely to feature a triple camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens.

Oppo Find X8

Oppo has confirmed that Find X8 will be launched in India, although the exact date is yet to be announced. Already available in China, this flagship device features the world’s first dual periscope camera system with a 50MP Sony LYT600 sensor for 3x optical zoom and a 50MP Sony IMX858 sensor for a 6x periscope camera. The main camera will most likely be equipped with a Sony LYT808 sensor with a resolution of 50 MP. Oppo Find X8 is expected to provide AI-powered zoom capabilities, enhancing clarity and sharpness even at extreme zoom levels.

Asus ROG 9 series phone

The global launch of the Asus ROG Phone 9 series is confirmed on November 19 and it will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Like its predecessors, ROG Phone 9 will offer top-notch gaming performance, including an improved cooling system with vapor cooling chambers, plenty of RAM, and multiple fast charging options.

Leaks suggest that the device will have a display with a stunning 185Hz refresh rate, the first of its kind on a smartphone. It may also have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display with up to 2,500 nits peak brightness, and a triple camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT700 sensor, a 50-megapixel macro camera, and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. For selfies, the device is expected to come with a 32MP front camera. Additionally, the device is likely to come with a large 5800mAh battery, ideal for mobile gamers, especially in India where games like BGMI and Genshin Impact are popular.

iQOO 13 (early December)

iQOO 13 has already debuted in China and is expected to launch in India with possible dates ranging from December 3 to 13. It will also be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset similar to the Realme GT7 Pro.
