Whatever Trump said he would do on his first day back in office.

Whatever Trump said he would do on his first day back in office.

Donald Trump is having a rather busy first day on his scheduled job.

Here’s what the president-elect says he’ll do on Day One:

1. Be a dictator – “He says you’re not going to be a dictator, are you? I said no, no, no, except for the first day,” Trump told Fox News’ Sean Hannity.

2. Abuse power to seek retribution. Trump said he would never abuse his power to seek retribution against anyone “except on day one.”

3. Stop the war in Ukraine. “This war yearns for resolution. I will settle this issue before I become president – if I win when I am president-elect. And what I’ll do is I’ll talk to one, I’ll talk to another, I’ll bring them together.”

4. Close the border. “We will secure this border on day one. … I always say: first, we close our border.”

5. Mass deportations. “On day one, I will launch the largest deportation program in American history.”

6. Issue green cards to college graduates. “What I want to do and what I will do is that when you graduate from college, you should automatically get a green card as part of your degree. … Some people graduate at the top of their class, they can’t even get a deal with a company because they don’t think they can stay in the country. It will end on the first day.”

7. End the “atrocities of the Green New Deal” – “I am going to end these atrocities of the Green New Deal on day one.”

8. Ending the “EV Mandate” – “I will end the EV mandate on day one.”

9. “Practice, baby, practice” – “We’re about to start this first day.”

10. Fire Jack Smith – “We got immunity in the Supreme Court. It’s that simple. I would have fired him within two seconds. He’ll be one of the first people people talk about.”

11. Pardoning the rioters on January 6th. “The moment we win, we will quickly review the cases of every political prisoner unjustly victimized by the Harris regime, and I will sign their pardon on day one. I’ll sign it on the first day.”
