When the first apartment on the 3.75-acre site known as One Williamsburg Wharf is completed, its centerpiece will be an impeccable array of amenities. Project developers, Naftali group of companies, and designers, Ward+Gray AD PRO Directoryshared a first look at their plans for the impressive 20,000 square foot collection.

Internally, the group will include a dedicated library, home theater, co-working space and pet grooming station, among other in-house amenities. Outside, a rooftop pool with cabanas and a juice bar offers a place to enjoy views of Manhattan. Ward + Gray custom designed every detail of the space, including tiles, fixtures and furniture. The Dutch masters, particularly Vermeer, were their main inspirations when choosing shades for the square meters – a motivation that is especially evident in the blues featured throughout.

“Our vision for One Williamsburg Wharf’s collection of indoor-outdoor amenities draws on Brooklyn’s storied industrial and craft heritage, infusing the interiors with character from the moment residents arrive,” Christy Ward and Staver Gray, principals at Ward + Gray, told AD. PRO by email. “Reminiscent of modern private clubs, residents experience an atmosphere of well-being carefully created through the use of natural materials and organic shapes in the interior decoration.”

Advertisements for the property’s 89 residences were posted in mid-October. Prices start at $710,000 for a studio apartment.
