The former home of the late Irwin Molasky, a prominent Las Vegas developer, is on the market for $10 million. The renovated mansion is located at 2323 Pinto Lane in Historic Downtown Las Vegas. Molasky, who changed the landscape of Southern Nevada, died in 2020 at the age of 93. As visitors enter the foyer and home, they will see a love of art, music, family, animals, health and entertaining that permeates nearly every space. The history is preserved with artifacts from Molasky’s professional and personal life.

Irwin and Molasky first met in the 1980s and each discovered a shared love of humor, jokes and horses.

“Many years later, I was inspired to design this house by our first meeting. I come from racing, thoroughbred racing, and I can tell a good joke,” Irwin said.

The chef’s kitchen features a spacious center island, luxury stainless steel appliances and sink. In addition, the hotel has an antique wine room with a real confessional door. The kitchen opens into a large family room with six TVs and glass pocket doors leading directly to the outdoor kitchen and dining area, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining space.

Guest bedrooms are decorated with original artwork hanging on the walls. Molasky was one of the founders of Lorimar Television, which produced some of the country’s most popular television shows, including “Full House.” Paying tribute to this, the house has a Lorimar Suite.

“You can use different colors and still maintain harmony. I designed it so that all the furnishings in each room would be consistent with the overall design of the house,” Irwin said.

The second level of the home has a large sitting area overlooking the great room below. The space expands to a private outdoor balcony with panoramic views of the Strip. The west wing contains rooms that can be completely closed off from the rest of the house and used as a refuge.

The master bath includes a soaking tub, shower and a sliding door leading to a secluded outdoor courtyard and water features.

The second master bedroom, used as Molasky’s private office and library, features a handcrafted fireplace, sitting area and door leading to the home’s main entrance. The guest quarters also have a separate staircase leading to another bedroom with bathroom on the second level.

The estate was designed for wellness, healing and a true sanctuary. A separate building adjacent to the pool features a fully equipped gym that doubles as a dance studio, infrared sauna and a one-of-a-kind salt spa with glowing Himalayan salt walls and a salt diffuser to promote respiratory health. and reduce stress.

The home’s outdoor oasis features a large pool and spa with an adjustable lap track, fire and water features, and an underwater hydrobed.
