New Jersey 2024 Election Live Updates: State, Local and Presidential Elections

Former President Donald Trump was elected to another term at the biggest moment since Election Day, according to USA TODAY.

Regarding New Jersey, Andy Kim won The Senate seat was vacated by Bob Menendez and Tom Kean Jr. defeated Sue Altman is in one of the state’s most contentious congressional races.

Unofficial results show Democrats likely won the county-level races as expected, retaining the sheriff’s post and regaining full control of the Board of Commissioners. However, Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump is on track to win the Passaic County vote for the first time in three attempts.

Gov. Phil Murphy will hold a press conference on the presidential election results at 2 p.m. in Newark. No further information was immediately available.

The former president captured battleground states that had been considered a setback for weeks. The race was both incredible and historic. His return to the White House comes after he was impeached twice, survived two assassination attempts and was found guilty of 34 felonies.

He becomes the first president since Grover Cleveland 132 years ago to lose office and win again four years later.
