Veterans Day 2024: Free and discounted meals include Texas Roadhouse, IHOP, Sheetz.

On Veterans Day, November 11, several restaurants will be offering specials for veterans and active military personnel.

Here are some of them:

Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill

The chain is offering a free lunch or dinner only at the restaurant, including six entrees to choose from such as the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, 6-ounce Top Tenderloin, Assorted Chicken Tenders, Double Crispy Shrimp, Fiesta Lime Chicken, Oriental Chicken Salad and three dishes. -cheese chicken penne. Veterans also receive a $5 card that can be redeemed for food within three weeks.

For dine-in only from 5 a.m. to noon, participating Denny’s locations are giving active and retired military personnel a free Denny’s Original of the iconic Grand Slam tournament. It comes with two buttermilk pancakes, two strips of applewood smoked bacon, two pork sausages and two eggs.

Duck donuts

Veterans and active military personnel receive a free medium-temperature coffee or cold brew on Veterans Day with military ID or veteran’s ID. No purchase required. Offer valid in store only.

Dunkin

Active and retired military members receive a free donut of their choice only at the store. Offer limited to one per guest, while supplies last.

Hoss’s Steak and Sea House

Veterans and active-duty military personnel will receive a free soup, salad, bread and dessert bar, including iced tea, for lunch on November 11th. Veterans also receive a $10 off voucher valued at $40 to be used at their next visit in November, while supplies last. Proof of military service required.

IHOP

IHOP is offering a free red, white and blueberry pancake combo to veterans and active-duty military from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Lunch includes two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, hash browns and choice of two strips of crispy hickory smoked bacon or choice of two pork sausages.

Marzoni brick oven

Veterans and active-duty military receive a free 12-ounce draft beer or soda on November 11th. They also receive a $10 off voucher valued at $40 to be used on a future visit in November, while supplies last. Military ID required.

Metro Diner

Active and retired military with valid military ID will receive a 50% discount on November 11th.

Active and retired military members receive a free Almost Famous sandwich in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland.

Sheetz

The convenience store chain is offering veterans and active military personnel a free turkey half and regular-size fountain. A free $9 car wash is also available at stores that have car washes. Military ID or proof of service required.

Starbucks

Free tall (12 ounce) hot or iced coffee will be available to veterans, active-duty members and military spouses on November 11 at participating Starbucks locations across the United States.

Texas Roadhouse

Veterans and active military receive free meals. Choose from select items including 6-ounce sirloin steak, country fried chicken, pulled pork served with two sides, and a soft drink, tea or coffee.

Wendy

Wendy’s Flynn Group businesses owned and operated by Wendy’s Flynn Group are offering free full breakfasts on November 11th. Active and retired military personnel must present valid military ID or proof of U.S. military service.
