Uncrowned has released results for Brandon Moreno vs. Amir Albazi at UFC Edmonton on Saturday at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Former two-time UFC flyweight champion Moreno returns from a nine-month layoff to face Albazi in the evening’s five-round main event.

Moreno (21-8-2) comes into the bout looking to snap a two-fight losing streak after coming up short at the hands of current UFC champion Alexander Pantoja and Brandon Royval in their last bouts. Albazi (17-1) looks set to remain perfect in the UFC after posting five straight wins to start his promotion, but injuries have sidelined him since a split decision win over Kai Kara-France in June 2023 .

In the co-main event, top UFC flyweight contender Erin Blanchfield will face former two-time UFC strawweight champion Rose Namajunas in a five-round 125-pound showdown. Typically touted as a future UFC champion, Blanchfield (12-2) saw her undefeated run in the Octagon hit a brick wall in May by Manon Fiorot. Namajunas (13-6) has won two straight fights in her new weight class after also falling victim to Fiorot in her flyweight debut.

UFC Edmonton begins at 5:00 pm ET on ESPN+. The main card begins at 8:00 pm ET, also on ESPN+.
