Ghanaian media personality Sally Frimpong Mann popularly known as Sally Mann has spoken out on Nana Ama McBrown’s move from acting to TV show host.

The renowned actress has become a prominent figure in weekly TV shows after taking on the role of host of UTV’s United Showbiz.

The brand ambassador for Sintex Tanks and Kivo products hosted the show for many years before going on to host his own show, Onua Showtime, on Onua TV.

During her tenure as host of two popular variety shows Nana Ama McBrown has received praise from many Ghanaians for her presentation skills and ability to entertain her audience.

Sally Mann talks about Nana Ama McBrown

In an interview with Roselyn Felli On Joy Prime’s show Changes, Sally Mann said she recognized Nana Ame McBrown as an actress, not a TV presenter.

Adom TV The Showtyme host noted that Nana Ama McBrown incorporated some aspects of the film industry into its television shows.

She said:

“I know she is an actress. I don’t consider her a leader. She does what she does with humor and everything she does in the film industry is what she tries to bring to her show.”

Sally Mann added that she found it difficult to accept Nana Ama McBrown as a TV personality despite the successes she has achieved since taking over the role several years ago.
