CBS is preparing to celebrate the best family film and television Hollywood has to offer at 27th Annual Family Film and Television Awards organized Kevin Fraser And Amanda Kloots.

The duo will headline the televised event, which will air on Saturday, November 9, and will feature some of the biggest TV shows and films of both the past and present. “I am very pleased to be one of the organizers of the Family Film and TV Awards!” Fraser tells TV Insider exclusively. “We focus on everything from beloved classics like Leave it to Beaver And Mary Poppins to today’s big hits like Abbott Elementary School And Dune: Part 2“

“It’s all about celebrating the shows and movies that shaped us—whether we grew up with them or love them now,” he continues. “We are here to honor the stories that bring us all together and create moments that stay with us long after the credits roll. It’s going to be an incredible night!”

As Fraser mentioned, Leave it to Beaver will be among the titles presented at this year’s ceremony as a star Jerry Matherswho played Beaver Cleaver in the classic series, will be honored with an Icon Award. Additionally, Grammy-nominated singer Aloe Blacc and CMT Entertainer of the Year will perform at the ceremony. Walker Hayes.

Of the excitement surrounding the event, Kloots told TV Insider: “Award shows are just fun. Everyone gets together to congratulate each other, and it’s always a great reminder of what happened during the year and a way to honor those people. I love awards shows for this reason.”

Besides the titles that fans love, the stars of their favorite shows such as Georgie and Mandy’s first marriage will be in attendance at the ceremony, as shown in the exclusive portrait photos below.

As for the movies Kloots likes to watch with her son Elvis, she shares, “(We love) Cheaper by the dozen And Cheaper per dozen 3and we like it too The Mighty Ducks And Sandbox. We don’t watch a lot of TV shows or television in general at home, but we do like to put on a movie. He loves Grinch and also during holidays.”
