Lambeau Field Offers Fundraising Opportunities for Nonprofits at Thanksgiving Game

Lambeau Field Offers Fundraising Opportunities for Nonprofits at Thanksgiving Game

The Green Bay Packers and Delaware North are inviting nonprofit organizations to host Thanksgiving at Lambeau Field, with special volunteer opportunities available at the Packers-Dolphins game.

Northern Delaware is seeking several additional nonprofit groups to expand its list of organizations participating in its concessions fundraising program. The program gives volunteers the opportunity to work at Lambeau Field’s concession stands and keep a portion of the proceeds for their charity, along with 100 percent of the tips.

Since the Nov. 28 game will take place on Thanksgiving night, volunteers will be able to celebrate the holiday at home and then arrive at the stadium at 2:20 p.m. for the game’s 7:20 p.m.

As the holiday season approaches, many charities are looking for additional ways to raise funds, and volunteering at Lambeau Field provides a fun opportunity to gather a group of friends and family to spend Thanksgiving at the stadium while raising money to support your organization.

Volunteer groups of any size are welcome and training will be provided at the start of the shift.

Opportunities are limited, so interested volunteer groups should secure a spot as soon as possible by contacting Delaware North at: [email protected] or call 920-965-3737.

More than 90 schools, social service agencies and community organizations volunteer at Lambeau Field during every game through Green Bay Sportservice, a non-profit concessions program, raising an average of $140,000 for charities per home game. Since 2012, groups have raised more than $11 million for charities throughout Wisconsin.
