Mariah Carey kicked off her 2024 Christmas tour at the Yaamawa Theater in Highland, California on Wednesday, November 6th.

This tour is in honor of the 30th anniversary of Carey’s “Merry Christmas” album, the one that gave the season “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”

Carey used the song, which 30 years later remains the most streamed Christmas song of all time with over 1.8 billion streams on Spotify, to close her concert on opening night.

The set list, as promised, is full of seasonal favorites, from “Sugar Plum Fairy” to “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing / Gloria (In Excelsis Deo” to “Silent Night” and “Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home)”.

Carey also threw a few non-holiday hits into the mix—”Emotions,” “Hero,” “Fantasy,” “Always Be My Baby” and “We Belong Together.”
