Three people have been charged with “crimes of abandonment with subsequent death, supply and facilitation of drugs” in connection with the death of former One Direction singer Liam Payne last month, Argentine prosecutors said in a statement on Thursday.

Two other people each face two charges of “drug supply offenses,” prosecutors said. The defendants were a hotel employee who is alleged to have provided Payne with two quantities of cocaine while he was staying at the hotel, and a drug supplier accused of providing Payne with supplies of drugs “on two different occasions on October 14.” according to the prosecutor’s office.
